When we opened Robyn’s Yoga Studio, our dream was to create a peaceful space in Bath where people could move, breathe and feel connected to a like-minded community. So having the wonderful Haus Life as our neighbours downstairs at 3 Abbeygate Street couldn’t be more perfect.
Haus Life is a proudly independent, female-run shop that has quickly become a local go-to for shopping in Bath. They offer a gorgeous range of homewares, gifts, accessories and clothing — ideal whether you’re treating yourself or picking up something special for someone you love. Their 100% cotton kimono dressing gowns and pyjamas are firm favourites (and for good reason!), and the store is brimming with stylish and affordable presents you won’t find on the high street.
Started online in 2017, Haus Life has grown organically thanks to their loyal customers and an eye for unique products. In 2022, they opened their bricks-and-mortar shop, and they’re now happily settled into their permanent home right here in Abbeygate Street — just steps from Bath Abbey and the city’s best independents.
We love how our two small businesses complement each other — a place for mindful movement upstairs, and beautiful, thoughtfully sourced treasures downstairs. It’s always a joy watching yogis pop in after class to browse candles, jewellery, cosy clothing and seasonal gifts - or spotting them wearing a special find in class!
