Kundalini Activation Process With Clara
|
Friday 4th September 19:30-22:00
Join Clara for a unique opportunity to relax, release and reconnect through the Kundalini Activation Process (KAP). This deeply restorative experience requires no previous knowledge or practice. Simply lie down, relax and allow yourself to be guided through a carefully curated musical journey designed to support emotional wellbeing, inner clarity and a deeper connection with yourself. Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) is a gentle energy transmission that works with your natural life force energy, supporting personal growth, self-awareness and inner transformation. During the session, participants lie comfortably on yoga mats while Clara works both on and off the body, supporting the flow of energy through the body's energy centres. Every experience is unique. Some participants describe feeling lighter, calmer and more connected, while others experience deep relaxation, emotional release, energetic sensations or greater clarity and insight. Whatever arises, the process meets you exactly where you are. Over time, many people report benefits such as:

Breathwork: Gathering Yourself into Autumn
|
Saturday 19th September 14:30-16:30
We’ve now officially left the summer behind…often an incredibly busy time, with family, with holidays, with balancing work and other commitments. In the summer we tend to be out in the world doing as much as we can with the long daylight hours. June through August is often a time of joy and vitality and expansion…so when September hits, we can feel a bit of a bump as we come back into familiar routines at work and at home. This breathwork workshop is an opportunity to land back into your body, to catch up with yourself, and to meet what is actually going on internally, so that you can bring all the parts of you into the autumn and move forward with more peace and ease. In this class, you will practice an active breathwork technique to deepen your connection to yourself, and invite your body to release anything that is taking up mental, emotional and physical space. Bring a journal and something to write with. Shanti is an experienced breathwork and energy healer. She teaches practices that encourage an embodied spirit, creating more love, joy, peace, freedom and wholeness in life. |

Grounded in Transition - a Sophrology & Writing workshop
|
Friday 25th September 19:30-21:00
We are always in transition - the big shifts, like a move, a new job, a loss, and the small daily ones: morning into afternoon, weekday into weekend, work-mode into rest. This evening offers a chance to pause inside that constant movement, and find a little more steadiness within it. The evening blends two practices: Sophrology ~ simple, practical exercises using breath, body awareness, and gentle visualisation to bring calm and clarity. No experience needed. Writing ~ after each practice, quiet time on paper. First, a short descriptive moment - simply noticing and putting into words what came up in the body, a technique rooted in Phenomenology and used in Sophrology as Phenodescription. Later, a reflective prompt inviting you to explore transitions in your own life, wherever you find them. There's a gentle, optional invitation to share with the group at the end - never required. This isn't a class with a method to get right. You'll be guided with care, but the practice is yours: there's no right or wrong way to move through it, only your own way. No writing or meditation experience required. Just bring a notebook of your choice, and yourself, however you arrive. The evening involves a mix of standing and seated practice, comfortable clothing is recommended. We won't be providing food, so feel free to eat beforehand - and you're welcome to bring a tea or water to sip during the evening. |
